This AI infrastructure community evaluation framework (AICEF) is designed to place Missouri communities in a position of strength when assessing AI infrastructure buildout in their area. The AICEF moves the conversation to a paradigm more familiar to city and county governments – that of requiring an official proposal from AI infrastructure companies that brings transparency and a true analysis of the implications, benefits, and feasibility of the development(s) being proposed.
