This update embodies our commitment to fostering a strong culture of giving and celebrating our most dedicated donors. The reimagined Butler Society will now establish five new tiers to further celebrate those who are members of the society. Those tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements and events that will showcase the newly reimagined Butler Society and provide opportunities for you to be a part of this exciting journey. The Butler Society is comprised of a select group of alumni and friends, who have promoted the growth of Lindenwood University through significant charitable gifts. Membership is determined through lifetime giving levels beginning at $25,000. The Butler Society is named in honor of Col. James and Margaret Leggat Butler, whose philanthropic spirit led to the construction of nearly half the major buildings on campus. The Butlers’ total contributions to Lindenwood would equal more than $25 million in today’s dollars.
