We Thrive Together by working across teams to enhance processes and elevate the student experience. A recent example of this collaboration is the partnership between Student Affairs and Sodexo to strengthen service standards in campus dining. The quality of and access to food ranks high on the priority list for students. Through the development of the Mystery Shop Program, employees and students play an active role in evaluating satisfaction based on the Sodexo Service Model, providing real-time feedback to drive continuous improvement. These collaborative efforts are making a difference. Our IT department recently showcased its agility and collaborative spirit by rapidly addressing a stipend management issue. Through close partnership with our internal and external partners, we established a process for monitoring, issue response, and communication. This collaborative effort enabled us to quickly identify and correct errors, minimizing impact and ensuring accurate student account information. This rapid response and commitment to accuracy reinforces our role as a trusted partner, guaranteeing students can rely on their financial information. It demonstrates our commitment to efficient operations and our ability to forge strong relationships with our partners to deliver timely solutions. Our proactive approach builds confidence and strengthens the overall student experience.
