A PERFECT PLACE TO HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT Whether it’s a performance, conference, or even a wedding, the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts is the perfect space for your next event. Our 138,000 square foot facility boasts the 1,177 seat Lindenwood Theater, the 200 seat Emerson Black Box Theater, and the Grand Lobby. VOLUNTEER IN THE ARTS Volunteers play a vital role in the Scheidegger Center as ushers, helping to deliver a high-quality patron experience at professional touring shows, student performances, and other events throughout the year. Our ushers greet guests, scan tickets, assist patrons to their seats, and help make the Scheidegger Center a welcoming environment for everyone.
