Intellectual Property at Lindenwood

Intellectual Property policy at Lindenwood University aims to promote and protect innovation in research, scholarship, technology, and the fine arts. Intellectual Property policy initiatives are also actively engaged in ensuring excellence and continuity in instructional design and academic resources.

Intellectual Property Committee

In collaboration with faculty, staff, and students at Lindenwood University, the Intellectual Property Committee maintains resources accessible in the menu to the right. Among these resources are:

The Intellectual Property Committee maintains IP Policy, assists with negotiation and assignment of IP ownership, and ensures ongoing consideration of issues related to publication, commercialization, and technology transfer.
