Form Guidance

A grant proposal submitted by the faculty, staff, or students of Lindenwood University represents a commitment on behalf of the institution to compliance with funding policies and procedures. Completing this form allows Lindenwood University to anticipate compliance and accounting needs, costs, and related issues.

The following is the grant application procedure to determine when you should submit this form:

1) Recognize a funding need
2) Discover a grant opportunity.
3) Complete and submit the Pre-Award Form. After which you will receive a letter of approval to proceed.
4) Submit the grant application.

If the funding recipient is a student, please include the name of the student awardee and the faculty mentor in the "Principal Investigator" question.
