Research has shown the best way to adhere to an exercise program is through personal attention and guidance from a fitness professional. Let our personal trainers help you implement an exercise program, which will conform to your needs and lifestyle.  And best of all, it's free!

All clients must have a valid Lindenwood University ID. All clients should wear athletic shoes and exercise attire to all training sessions.

Personal Training Information

  • 6-8 week training sessions
  • 1 hour training sessions
  • 2 training sessions per week

First Session Sign Ups:  Jan. 13 or until full

  • First session training period: Jan. 21 - Mar. 6

Second Session Sign Ups: Mar. 2 until full

  • Second session training period: Mar. 16 - May 1

Spots are limited per session.  All prospective clients must fill out a personal training request form, which can be obtained in the Campus Recreation office (Evans Commons room 1135).
