Chemistry Department Receives American Chemical Society Accreditation

Starting with the 2019-20 catalog, students earning the B.S. in chemistry degree will carry the American Chemical Society accreditation on their degrees. Lindenwood University is now one of the only undergraduate universities in the St. Louis area to hold ACS accreditation.

Lions Gymnastics Achieves Rarity in Advance to NCAA Regional

On Monday afternoon, March 25, the Lindenwood gymnastics team made history as it became just the third Division II program, and the first since 2013, to earn an NCAA Regional berth. The Lions will compete in a dual meet against George Washington University on Thursday, April 4, in Baton Rouge, La., as part of the Baton Rouge Regional.

Wilhelm Named Delta Sigma Pi National Collegian of the Year

Lindenwood senior Kristen Wilhelm was recently named National Collegian of the Year by Delta Sigma Pi, the international co-ed business fraternity., The award is the highest honor a collegian member can achieve in the organization and is given to the one outstanding member of Delta Sigma Pi who has demonstrated the values and ideals of the fraternity. She was chosen from 296 people nationwide.

Kathi Vosevich Named Dean of Humanities

Following a nationwide search, Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., has named Dr. Kathi A. Vosevich dean of its School of Humanities. Currently associate provost and dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Shorter University in Rome, Ga., Vosevich will start the new position on July 1.
