Mission

The Office of the Registrar advances the academic mission of the university by being the source of truth for all academic data and policies; delivering responsive, people-centered service; stewarding academic records with integrity; and ensuring compliance and clarity in academic policy. We partner with students, faculty, staff, and leadership to support student success, inform decision-making, and provide a seamless academic experience from initial enrollment through degree conferral.

Transcript Request

Current and former students who need to obtain an official copy of their academic transcript can contact the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts can be sent either electronically or by mail.


Graduation

The Office of the Registrar organizes the commencement ceremonies for students that plan to graduate in May or December. This event has a rich tradition and is a time for celebration.


Academic Appeal Requirements

Office of the Registrar provides a launch pad for students who wish to appeal their academic suspension status. As students work through their appeal, Office of the Registrar serves as a point of contact and clarification.


Degree and Diploma Questions

One of the Office of the Registrar primary duties is to help Lindenwood University students receive the diplomas they have earned. The Office of the Registrar oversees diploma printing and reprinting, maintains student degree audits, and helps students apply for their degree.


Transfer Credit

The Office of the Registrar reviews all transfer credit coming into Lindenwood University. Students with questions about their transfer credit, advanced placement credit, CLEP tests, and International Baccalaureate testing can contact [email protected].


Enrollment and Degree Verifications

If a Lindenwood student needs to verify their enrollment or degree, the Office of the Registrar can help. Students can contact the Office of the Registrar or visit the National Student Clearinghouse to request verification of their enrollment or their conferred degree.

Honors and Awards

Each year at the Honors Convocation, Lindenwood University bestows awards on students who exhibit leadership, high academic performance, and professional promise.


Information Request

The Office of the Registrar is Lindenwood’s key steward of student records. Students wishing to grant permission to Lindenwood to disclose all or part of their education records to a third party must first complete this form.
