The Office of the Provost works in coordination with the deans and other university leaders to support the University's strategic and operational plans. Specifically, the Office of the Provost provides university-wide leadership and oversight of Lindenwood’s academic portfolio, academic quality assurance, support for teaching, learning, and research, and academic support services.

Molly Hudgins, J.D.

Molly S. Hudgins

Associate Provost for Curriculum and Experiential Learning

As the Associate Provost of Curriculum and Experiential Learning, Dr. Hudgins oversees both the Center for Experiential Learning and the Academic Services (Registrar’s) Office. She began her career at Lindenwood in 2003 as a faculty member and Department Chair of Sport Management in the Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship. Prior to assuming the Associate Provost role in July 2018, Hudgins served as the Associate Dean of the College of Business. She also chairs the President’s Athletic Advisory Committee for the university. Hudgins has a M.S. in Corporate Finance from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She earned a M.S. in Sport Management from Florida State University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Tennessee.

Dr. Kate Herrell

Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs

Dr. Kate Herrell serves as Assistant Provost for Academic Affairs, and has been in her role since 2019. Dr. Herrell provides leadership for Academic Services, Curriculum, Program Review, and Academic Policies.

Dr. Danielle McCall

Manager, Academic Operations

Dr. McCall has served as Manager, Academic Operations since 2019. In her role, Dr. McCall oversees financial planning, budget management, and compliance.

Dr. Michael Leary

Assistant Vice President, Research and Compliance

Dr. Leary serves as Assistant Vice President for Research and Compliance. In his role, he provides leadership of the Office of Research and Compliance, which promote ethical practices for research, scholarship, and creative activities.

Kaitlyn Maxwell

Administrative Assistant II

Kaitlyn Maxwell serves as the Administrative Assistant II for the Office of the Provost. In her role, she supports the entire office with administrative, communication, and business processes.
