Lindenwood University has named Dr. Aggie Hanni its next Senior Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing. Hanni comes to Lindenwood with a vibrant background in admissions, enrollment marketing, financial aid, and admission system oversight. She will provide leadership to the University’s enrollment strategy and expand Lindenwood’s commitment to serving learners.
“We are thrilled that Dr. Aggie Hanni will join the Lindenwood community and knew she was the right person for this vital role,” President Dr. John R. Porter said. “Over her career as an enrollment leader, she has demonstrated the ability to drive progress and oversee strategies to produce meaningful results. The University, our employees, and our future students will greatly benefit from Aggie’s leadership.”
Hanni comes to Lindenwood from North Central College, where she served as Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing, leading the implementation of a new CRM and contributing to an impressive increase in admission. Prior to North Central College, Hanni worked in enrollment at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and National Louis University. A first-generation college student, Hanni immigrated to the United States at 17, and leans on her personal experiences to inform her work in supporting student access and providing valuable resources.
“Lindenwood is an institution that isn’t waiting for the future of higher education – it’s building it. From its Human-Centered AI programming to the strength of its academic portfolio and its commitment to serving all types of learners, everything is in place to do truly innovative work on a beautiful campus steeped in history,” Hanni said. “I’m looking forward to working alongside President Porter and the Lindenwood community to expand access, leverage technology in service of students, and ensure that every family who encounters Lindenwood understands the transformative value of what this university offers.”
Hanni holds an EdS in Higher Education Leadership, a PhD in Community Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from National Louis University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Elmhurst University, and she will join the Lindenwood community starting April 15.
