Lindenwood University has been named to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society’s (PTK) 2026 Transfer Honor Roll, recognizing the University’s support for community college transfer students. Lindenwood was one of 275 four-year colleges and universities named to the Transfer Honor Roll among 1,117 that completed PTK’s institutional profile.

Phi Theta Kappa awards the honor following a comprehensive review of support offered to transfer students from admission through graduation. Lindenwood was evaluated on the following criteria:

  • Transfer student success outcomes
  • Credit mobility and degree applicability
  • Financial support for transfer students
  • Recruitment and admissions practices
  • Campus engagement and support for transfer students

Universities on the Transfer Honor Roll set the benchmark for admissions and student success. “This recognition is about much more than transfer agreements,” said President and CEO of Phi Theta Kappa Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner. “Successful transfer happens when institutions intentionally design policies, practices, and campus cultures that help students thrive after they arrive.”

The recognition marks Lindenwood’s sixth consecutive year on the Transfer Honor Roll. “The Office of Admissions, and especially the Transfer Team, are thrilled to hear we’ve made the 2026 PTK Transfer Honor Roll,” said Director of Traditional Undergraduate Admissions Rachel Seppelt. “We continue to strive to be a seamless transfer option for students, and we take great pride in the care we provide for our transfer students, both in our office and across our campus.”

Lindenwood’s sixth consecutive appearance on the Transfer Honor Roll is a result of the University’s continued work to support students throughout their journeys.
