LindenGiving Brings Thanksgiving Meals to St. Charles Families
Lindenwood University’s community outreach initiative, LindenGiving has once again partnered with OASIS Food Pantry and Schnucks to provide Thanksgiving meals to families across St. Charles. This year marks the sixth consecutive year of the partnership, continuing LindenGiving’s commitment to the university values of thriving together and doing what is right.
Lindenwood Named College of Distinction for Military Support
Lindenwood University has been recognized by Colleges of Distinction for its commitment to serving veterans and active-duty students. Awarded by Colleges of Distinction, this honor highlights Lindenwood’s building of a campus environment where military-affiliated students can thrive both personally and professionally. Lindenwood was the only university in Missouri to receive such recognition.
Holiday Magic Lights up Winterfest, December 7
This December, luminaries will once again light the heritage side of campus, a tradition that goes back four decades. Winterfest returns December 7 with many of the festivities that have made it a holiday mainstay. The event is 4-7 p.m. with attractions across the heritage side of campus.
Dark Carnival Brings Tricks and Treats on October 17
Lindenwood University’s annual Halloween tradition returns to campus Friday, October 17, from 5– 9 p.m. Dark Carnival will transform the heritage side of campus into a celebration of the Lindenwood spirit.
Best College/University: Lindenwood Named a 2025 STL Headliner
Lindenwood University has been recognized as the Best College/University in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch's 2025 STL Headliner awards. The award was presented in a September ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton St. Louis that featured some of the region’s most notable organizations and community leaders.
Generosity Fuels $6.3 Million in Support for Lindenwood in FY25
In the 2025 fiscal year, Lindenwood University built on its recent fundraising success. For the third time in four years, the University raised more than $6 million to support the Lindenwood community.

Ribbon Cutting Marks New Era for Nursing
On September 4, four years after the University announced plans for a nursing program, Lindenwood celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting for its new Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. More than 100 supporters, Lindenwood employees, and regional partners joined the inaugural class of BSN students for the occasion.

Evangeline Busso Curates Art Exhibition in Italy
Evangeline Busso is a rising junior at Lindenwood, studying art history and business administration. This summer, Busso returned to her native Italy for an internship curating an exhibition at the Fondazione Tito Balestra, a museum in Longiano. For this exhibit, Busso worked with family friend Edo Janich and nationally renowned art critic Rolando Bellini.
