
The Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship welcomes two new faculty members this fall. Both are excited to join a team that prioritizes students and are eager to make a positive impact on their futures.
LaTonya Hughes, EdD
Assistant Professor, Management
From St. Louis, Mo., Hughes joins the Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship as an assistant professor in the management program, specializing in organizational change. She holds an EdD in Higher Education with a concentration in Organizational Change from Benedictine University, an MAT in Educational Technology from Webster University, a BS in Business Administration from Central Missouri State University, and multiple graduate business degrees and certificates from Keller Graduate School of Management.
“I joined Lindenwood University because of its strong commitment to student success and a supportive learning community,” Hughes said. “I enjoy life through continuous learning, and teaching Organizational Behavior is my favorite because it helps students understand people, purpose, and performance.”
Rebecca Wilson, DBA 2025
Instructor, Management
Wilson joins the Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship after completing the coursework for her Doctor of Business Administration at the University of Missouri in 2025. She also earned her MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administrationfrom Clark Atlanta University. Her new role at Lindenwood keeps her close to home, as she is originally from St. Louis.
“I’m excited to join the Lindenwood community and contribute to a culture that values student-centered learning,” Wilson said. “I am passionate about creating engaging classroom experiences and supporting students as they navigate their academic and professional goals. Building authentic connections and helping students thrive is what motivates my work as an educator.”
