Meet Lindy, the Linden Tree of Knowledge, your go-to campus connection, proudly presented by your Student Academic Support Services (SASS) office! 🌳🦁

But Lindy is more than just a chatbot. She’s a behaviorally smart SMS partner designed to support Lindenwood Lions throughout the year. She can answer thousands of questions about the university, connect you with helpful services, and even check in regularly to see how you’re doing. You may also hear from Lindy with important reminders, updates, and opportunities to help you stay informed and on track.

While Lindy is here to be a guide for students, privacy is also one of her top priorities. Lindenwood’s implementation partner, EdSights, handles student data with great care, using anonymized and aggregated information to identify trends and improve services. This means they focus on insights from student groups rather than individual data points, and no personally identifiable information is ever shared with third parties. Additionally, students are always in control and can opt out of the text message service at any time by simply replying with “STOP.”

Inspired by the iconic linden trees that fill Lindenwood’s campus and history, Lindy is here to be your guide, cheerleader, and connector. She’s designed to make it easier to get answers, find support, and ensure student voices continue to shape the Lindenwood experience.
