Ticketing Information

Seating

All seating in Hyland Arena is general admission, open seating.

Reserving Tickets

From February 6 to March 31, each graduate is eligible for up to four guaranteed tickets. They may then request additional tickets through the waitlist option.

Tickets can be reserved online at the links above or through the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts Box Office. The box office is available over the phone by calling (636) 949-4433, or in person inside the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts.

Graduates must register themselves. A parent/friend cannot reserve tickets under their account.

Box Office Account

To reserve tickets, you must set-up an account with our box office, based out of the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts. We do not allow “guest checkout” because we would then be unable to fix your order if issues arose.

Password and Log-In Issues

You cannot use special characters in your password. Please be aware of this as you go to register for your account.

Password Reset Issues

The reset password email occasionally goes to peoples’ junk folders. Please check there before contacting the box office.

If Issues Persist

If issues persist with accessing your account, please contact the box office or fill out this form (Will Call Ticket Allocation Form) and we will switch your order to Will Call.

Offer Code

Your offer code will be your Lindenwood University email address. This is separate from your box office account. It will only work for the ceremony you are assigned to. If you have issues, please contact the box office.

Waitlist Details

Waitlist tickets are not guaranteed. Waitlisted tickets are available as long as space remains, and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Late Reservations

Beginning April 1, anybody who has not yet registered for their commencement tickets will be guaranteed only two tickets per person.

Delivery Options

Three delivery options are offered for commencement tickets. Delivery can be changed to Will Call at any time using this form: Will Call Ticket Allocation Form

Digital

Digital tickets can be utilized on a mobile device, either accessed through a guest’s box office account, or on their Apple/Google Wallet. They cannot be printed at home or screenshotted or they will be considered invalid.

We do not recommend utilizing this method if guests in your party are not technologically-adept.

Forwarding

After the order is completed, a graduate will have their digital tickets in their box office account. They can then select the tickets and choose “forward” to send it to the email addresses of their guests. Each guest will be required to create an account to accept the forwarded tickets and access them. Waitlisted tickets cannot be forwarded until after they have been approved (April 1).

Barcode Delay

To prevent issues, barcodes will not appear on digital tickets until the week of the commencement ceremony. At that time, guests can add them to their digital wallets.

Will Call

Will Call tickets can be picked up in person from the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts Box Office during its operating hours. Ticket pick up begins on April 1.

Allocate Tickets to Guests

If you would like to allocate Will Call tickets to individual guests so they can pick them up separately, please fill out this form: Will Call Ticket Allocation Form

You can also use the form to allocate digital tickets to these guests at Will Call, and we can switch the delivery for you.

Mail

A $5 shipping fee is incurred for each order sent via mail. Tickets may be mailed to the off-campus address provided when checking out for your order. We do not ship tickets to on-campus addresses. The deadline to have your tickets mailed is March 31. Tickets will begin shipping on April 1.

Ticket Arrival

Tickets typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive, but sometimes longer. If your tickets do not arrive by the end of April, please reach out to the box office on May 1 and we will void the old tickets and put the new ones in Will Call.
