The Lindenwood Theater
1,177 Capacity
The Lindenwood Theater is a fully-equipped Broadway-style proscenium theater. It is the largest space at the Center, seating 1,177. Some of the amazing technical attributes of this theater include:
- Full rigging capabilities
- Full drapery set including legs, borders, blackout drops, cyc, and scrim
- Stunning white orchestra shell
- 30 member orchestra pit
- 9’ Steinway concert grand piano
- State-of-the-art sound system
- Digital lighting system with enough instruments to support any event
The Emerson Black Box Theater
180 Capacity
The Emerson Black Box Theater is a 55’ x 60’ flexible theater that seats up to 180. The Black Box was designed as a configurable space allowing for experimental theater, tabled seating, and other arrangements. Additionally, with its size, it is perfect for smaller and more intimate productions. A few highlights of this space include:
- Full wraparound drapes that can be positioned flexibly
- Entrances at either end so you can position your audience as needed
- Eight flexible seating risers
- 7’ Steinway concert grand piano
- Omnidirectional sound system
- Flexible lighting racks to configure as needed
