Engagement in the life of the university and the well-being of students should be the primary focus of all faculty.

This policy applies to all faculty.   

Policy

During the academic year, full-time faculty members are expected to teach their classes, provide sufficient office hours to meet student needs, and participate fully in department, college, and university meetings and activities. Faculty provide a minimum of eight (8) in-person office hours across each week, unless on a fully remote contract, in which case office hours and most other activities would be carried out virtually.
