Lindenwood University’s annual Giving Week concluded April 11 with $209,844 raised in support of the University community. In total, 460 alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends contributed to the campaign.
Donors supported more than 20 programs across the University, including the Lions Relief Fund, scholarship support, NCAA Athletics and Student Life Sports, and each academic college. More than $40,000 was directed to the Butler Library renovation project, which will transform the historic campus landmark into a revitalized hub for learning and student life.
“Giving Week was yet another powerful moment, bringing together Lions from across the country to support our University,” said Director of Leadership Annual Giving Brittany Howard. “Contributions made during Giving Week support immediate student needs and long-term priorities, like the Butler Library renovation. That balance is what allows us to create meaningful experiences for students now while continuing to strengthen the University for the future.”
Now in its ninth year, Giving Week continues to highlight the strength of the Lindenwood community. The University’s impact stretches across the country, with donors from 22 states investing in the programs and opportunities that shape the Lindenwood experience.
