As the University approaches the 2026-27 academic year, three accomplished administrators have joined the leadership team, bringing fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to moving Lindenwood forward in meaningful ways.
Mindy Spencer, who joined Lindenwood in April 2026 as Senior Vice President for Advancement, is leading the University’s efforts in fundraising and alumni engagement. With almost two decades of experience in advancement, Spencer understands how meaningful relationships and philanthropic investment can fuel institutional growth. A two-time graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Spencer is already strengthening connections between Lindenwood and its network of alumni, donors, and supporters, creating new opportunities that will shape the University’s future.
As Senior Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management and Marketing, Dr. Aggie Hanni, who joined Lindenwood in April 2026, is bringing bold recruitment strategy and data-informed leadership to Lindenwood’s enrollment efforts. With experience in enrollment management, marketing, financial aid, and admissions operations, Hanni is focused on expanding access and positioning Lindenwood for long-term growth. As a first-generation college student and American, Hanni brings a deeply personal understanding of the challenges students face and is committed to removing barriers that keep learners from achieving their goals. Her passion for student access is helping redefine how Lindenwood recruits and supports future Lions.
Joining the University in June as Vice President of Student Affairs, Dr. Aaron Voyles brings a focus on student engagement and involvement that enhances every aspect of campus life. With a strong background in educational leadership and student development, Voyles is creating meaningful experiences that foster engagement and personal growth. From residential life and student activities to leadership development and campus culture, Voyles is building initiatives that ensure students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
