Description of Study
The purpose of this research study is to collect information to learn about the level of knowledge regarding nutrition, sleep, and recovery in caregivers of team sport and individual adolescent athletes.

Research Sample Needed
- 500 caregivers of adolescent athletes
Inclusion Criteria
- Parent or guardian of an adolescent between 13 and 19 years of age.
- Primary residence is within the United States.
- Their child is currently or previously (within the past 2-3 months) participating in a high school- or club- sanctioned sport.
Exclusion Criteria
- Adolescent is <13 years or >19 years old
- Primary residence is located outside the United States
- he adolescent athlete is no longer enrolled in high school
