"Thank you for the two half-days of AI training. You had to cover a lot of bases with people on both ends of the spectrum from total novice to Google AI certified. Great job! Everyone on our team left with new insights and new ideas as well as new skills."

Identify where AI, analytics, and automation could support your organization. Through surveys, focused conversations, and workflow review, Lindenwood examines staff readiness, governance, data, and operational needs, then recommends priorities and a phased roadmap. This assessment provides direction; it does not include employee training, policy development, dashboard construction, or system implementation.

A coordinated pathway for 15–20 leaders that combines readiness assessment, workflow intake, prompting foundations, a hands-on workflow lab, horizon scanning, and follow-up department clinics. The program connects practical learning with leadership planning and can be delivered virtually, in person, or through a customized hybrid format.

Establish clear expectations for responsible AI use with a tailored AI Use Policy and a concise quick-reference guide. This service helps organizations translate governance priorities into practical employee guidance, with review by the organization’s designated policy and compliance stakeholders.

Address a specific department’s needs through targeted practice, prompt refinement, and workflow troubleshooting. Follow-up clinics help teams apply what they have learned; more extensive workflow labs and bespoke unit training can focus on role-specific tasks, data visualization, content generation, or no-code automation.

Give up to 500 employees a shared introduction to generative AI through a 90-minute virtual session with demonstrations and Q&A. The webinar covers capabilities, practical applications, introductory prompting, and responsible-use considerations; it supports broad awareness rather than individualized hands-on coaching.

Help new users get comfortable with approved AI tools through guided support with access, navigation, and basic prompting. This foundational option prepares participants for more advanced training and uses examples relevant to their roles.

An option for individuals or small groups that do not need a dedicated organizational cohort. The three-session virtual series combines AI overview and prompting, a hands-on workflow lab, and an implementation and troubleshooting clinic.

Help senior leaders look beyond immediate tool adoption to longer-term opportunities. This session examines emerging AI capabilities, future workflows, and potential pilot priorities, producing a concise roadmap to inform organizational planning.

Receive focused assistance with AI strategy, governance documentation, training design, workflow redesign, or dashboard and data-visualization planning. Prototype assistance and ongoing advisory or retainer support can be discussed as custom engagements. Technical delivery requires an agreed scope and confirmed capacity; it is not included in the readiness assessment.
