Requesting Materials

The library wants to see what resources faculty would like made available from the library to support their coursework.  We have limited funds for purchasing DM free ebooks and streaming video, so knowing about these requests in advance allows us to properly prepare for the semester and make sure the materials are available when you need them, or to let you know if we are not able to acquire the materials. You can see DM free ebooks through the Faculty Select platform and submit your request at the same time.  If you don’t see a book listed there that you would like, you can email the library and we would be happy to see if there is a DM free option available. The deadlines for requesting DM free ebooks or streaming video vary by semester.

OER

If you would like help looking for OER material, we have an OER guide to help you through the process and part of the guide has an assistance form.  If you are wanting to switch out your main textbook, please request assistance at least a week before the Barnes and Noble deadline to allow us time to work with you and look for materials.  If you are wanting to add in OER supplemental materials, the deadline to reach out is no later than the week before finals.
