Student leadership for Lindenwood’s PHA sororities.

The Panhellenic Association (PHA) is the governing council for Lindenwood’s sororities affiliated with the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). PHA brings chapter representatives together to support effective chapter operations, uphold shared standards, and provide leadership for the organizations within the council.

What Does PHA Do?

PHA works to:

  • Lead — Establish expectations and standards for PHA-affiliated sororities.
  • Collaborate — Bring chapter leaders together to share ideas, address common concerns, and strengthen their organizations.
  • Educate — Provide leadership development and educational opportunities for PHA members.
  • Advocate — Represent the interests of PHA-affiliated sororities within the Lindenwood community.
  • Engage — Coordinate programs, initiatives, and activities that bring PHA chapters together.

PHA at Lindenwood

PHA currently represents Delta Zeta, Phi Sigma Sigma, and Sigma Sigma Sigma. Each organization maintains its own chapter identity, traditions, and membership experience while participating in the larger PHA structure.
