Q2 Service Excellence
Kevin Manley is a representative from Academic Services. He holds a BFA in creative writing and an MA in English from Truman State University. To Kevin, Q2 represents an opportunity to use service to collaborate and problem solve with our students and colleagues; Kevin’s work as a fellow will target how we communicate in service situations and encourage interdepartmental partnerships to achieve our personal and systemic service goals.
Fellowship Goals
- Become highly proficient in customer service skills, including building relationships, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Identify areas of opportunity and implementation strategies for the university.
