Understanding your Strengths as a Leader
Recommended for: upline managers and high potential employees.
As-needed for: new managers, existing managers, and departments who need to work more productively together.
This 4-hour workshop is designed to help individuals identify and develop their strengths, find out how to avoid blind spots in how their strengths are used, and learn to recognize strengths in others they manage or work with. The goal of the workshop is to help participants be more self-aware, confident, and effective in their pursuits by leveraging their natural talents and abilities. Participants will complete the Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and, through a series of exercises and discussions, understand how to interpret their results. By focusing on their strengths, individuals will be coached on ways to hone their effectiveness as a leader while, at the same time, learning how to manage their weaknesses. Gallup findings show that those who are coached on the results of this assessment can improve their performance, achieve greater success, and experience more satisfaction in their professional and personal lives.
