Emotional and Social Intelligence

This 4-hour workshop is designed to enhance participants self-awareness to better manage their emotions for themselves and in their relationships with others. Understanding and improving the connection between emotions and actions is crucial to organizational and personal success.
Participants are provided with an overview of emotional intelligence (EI), social intelligence (SI), their components, emotional contagion, and techniques for improvement. The content and exercises will focus on an individual’s self-awareness and self-management and increase understanding of how their behavioral responses affect others, specifically in the areas of social skills, intuition, and empathy.
This can also be broken out into two separate workshops focusing on Emotional Intelligence and Social Intelligence separately.

This 4-hour interactive workshop will help to establish a foundational understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Generations in the Workplace

This 2-hour interactive workshop defines the 5 generations currently in the workplace along with their characteristics, motivations, and how employers should consider managing them. Role play scenarios and a generational “Jeopardy” game will be used to reinforce learnings and review the key actions needed to effectively manage multiple generations who need to interact and or manage each other.
