There’s more than one way to find your place at Lindenwood. Student organizations bring Lions together around shared interests, identities, passions, and causes while creating opportunities to lead, connect, and make an impact beyond the classroom. Whether you’re joining an existing organization or starting something new, student organizations are where ideas become experiences, connections become community, and every Lion can find their pride.

Lindenwood Student Government (LSG)

Your voice matters. Lindenwood Student Government (LSG) represents the student body and provides a forum for students to share ideas, raise concerns, and help shape the Lindenwood experience. Through student representation, campus initiatives, and collaboration with university leadership, LSG works to ensure student perspectives are part of conversations that impact campus life.

Lion Leadership Experience

The Lion Leadership Experience is Lindenwood’s comprehensive leadership development series designed to equip, inspire, and support student organization leaders throughout the academic year.

Through a series of signature experiences, student leaders will gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to successfully lead their organizations, build community, and create meaningful campus experiences.

The Lion Leadership Experience consists of three signature programs:

  • Lion Leadership Institute (August & January) – Required training for student organization Presidents and Treasurers focused on organizational operations, university processes, and leadership development.
  • Emerging Leaders Academy (October & March) – A leadership development workshop for students to learn what it takes to be a Lindenwood student leader and how to start a new student organization.
  • Lion Leadership Summit (November & April) – A campus-wide leadership experience designed to connect, inspire, and celebrate student leaders.

Additional information regarding each experience will shared on Mane Connection throughout the academic year.
