Access the equipment to tell your story.

Mane Media Productions provides equipment rental services to Lindenwood University students, faculty, and staff in support of academic, creative, and professional projects. As part of the College of Arts and Humanities, our equipment checkout program helps students explore ideas, create meaningful work, and gain hands-on experience using the tools and technologies found throughout the media production industry.

Whether you’re producing a class project, documenting an event, creating original content, or experimenting with new forms of storytelling, our inventory is designed to support a wide range of creative and educational projects. Available equipment includes:

• HD and Ultra HD video and cinema cameras
• Camera support systems and accessories
• Professional lighting equipment
• Light stands and grip equipment
• Wired and wireless microphones
• Smoke machines and atmospheric effects
• Specialty production equipment and accessories

By providing hands-on access to professional equipment, Mane Media Productions supports the College of Arts and Humanities’ mission to help students make their own way and tell their own story. Students develop critical thinking, creativity, effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills as they plan, produce, and share their work.

These practical learning experiences encourage students to move beyond the classroom, experiment with new ideas, build confidence in their creative voice, and create projects that reflect their unique perspectives and goals.

Checkout Hours

Equipment rentals are available during the following hours:

Monday–Friday
9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Equipment must be checked out and returned to our facility within the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts (2300 West Clay St., St. Charles, MO 63301) during operating hours unless other arrangements have been approved.

Online Reservations

Online reservations (powered by connect2) are available for students, faculty, and staff to browse available inventory and reserve equipment in advance.

Extensions

Students who require additional time with borrowed equipment may request a checkout extension by emailing [email protected].

Extension requests should be submitted before the scheduled return date and are subject to equipment availability.
