Mane Media Productions operates an educational access channel that serves St. Charles County and online audiences worldwide. A service of Lindenwood University’s College of Arts and Humanities, the channel is available to local Spectrum subscribers and streams online 24 hours a day.

The channel extends Lindenwood’s commitment to learning, creativity, and communication by providing access to educational, cultural, athletic, and performing arts programming that highlights the knowledge, talents, and achievements of the Lindenwood community. Through this programming, audiences can engage with the stories, ideas, and creative work of students, faculty, staff, and community partners.

More than a distribution platform, the educational access channel serves as a hands-on learning environment where students develop the skills and experiences that prepare them for a variety of futures. Through the creation, production, and management of programming, students strengthen critical thinking, creativity, effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while working with professional media technologies and workflows.

Students contribute to programming as producers, directors, camera operators, editors, hosts, graphics operators, and media creators, gaining practical experience while learning how to communicate ideas, tell meaningful stories, and connect with diverse audiences. These opportunities reflect the College of Arts and Humanities’ commitment to experiential learning and helping students make their own way by developing both professional competencies and highly valued power skills. By combining educational programming with hands-on student involvement, the channel supports Lindenwood University’s mission while creating opportunities for students to discover their voice, share their stories, and gain meaningful experience in the evolving media landscape.
