This group offers strategies on developing one’s confidence and self-esteem.

Journaling/Self Care Group

Each week, group members will be given a prompt that will provide opportunity for self-reflection, explore internal thoughts and possibly gain awareness by engaging with their experiences in a creative way.

There will be time provided for students to discuss and/or process their writing or their writing experience if they wish to. Student’s writings and reflections are for their own personal benefit and will not be turned in to group leaders, giving students the opportunity to reflect fully and focus on reflection and personal growth.
