Earning a Degree in Fitness and Wellness Management at Lindenwood University
The bachelor of science degree in Fitness and Wellness Management at Lindenwood University requires 10 credit hours of specific general education courses and 50 credit hours within the major. Areas covered are concepts of conditioning, community health, sport and fitness administration, planning and marketing, methods of weight training, and care and prevention.
There is also an option to take the three-Year Fast Track: B.S. in Fitness and Wellness Management and shorten the amount of time it takes to get your degree.
