This webpage was created specifically to address questions or concerns you may have regarding your student’s college experience at Lindenwood.

The University has a variety of resources and services available to students. These resources support students in their college experiences and personal development. We have provided you with links to these resources. If for some reason you are unable to find what you are looking for, please feel free to e-mail questions to parents@lindenwood.edu so that we may assist you. Please understand that we value your participation in your student’s educational process; however, we are unable to release information pertaining to a student’s grades, bill, and academic progress without written consent from the student.   • Book Waivers are requested by the student and are issued against an existing credit balance on the account. For details, please contact the Business Office at (636)949-4650.
  • Students are assigned individual Student Account Representatives to manage their accounts. Please check here for Student Account Representative information. In order for account information to be discussed with parents, students must give written consent by signing the signing the FERPA Waiver. Please contact the Office of Academic Services for FERPA Waiver details at Academic_Services@lindenwood.edu.
