Form Guidance

A grant proposal submitted by the faculty, staff, or students of Lindenwood University represents a commitment on behalf of the institution to compliance with funding policies and procedures. Completing this form allows Lindenwood University to anticipate compliance and accounting needs, costs, and related issues. Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete this form at least three weeks prior to the submission of your grant proposal.

If the funding recipient a student, please include the name of the student awardee and the faculty mentor in the "Principal Investigator" question.
