Thank you for considering us for a donation. While our collection does expand every semester, funding for new games is limited. We welcome donations to help us better meet the needs of students, staff, and faculty at Lindenwood. Gifts received by the Library's Media and Gaming Lab are accepted with the understanding that the donations are unconditional, are in usable condition, and are suitable for the library’s purposes.
The Library's Media and Gaming Lab reserves the right to use donated materials as it deems fit, taking into consideration the library’s selection policy, collection/patron needs, and building limitations. These uses may include, but are not limited to:
- Retained to the main collection or special collections
- Donated to other libraries, institutions, or community centers
- Exchanged with other libraries and institutions for needed materials
- Recycled/disposed of if the condition is deemed unacceptable
