Beginning December 15th – January 5th,the Group Study Rooms and AV Editing Rooms are unable to be reserved. However, the Group Study Rooms and AV Editing Rooms are currently available on a first-come , first-serve basis while the University transitions to the EMS Room Scheduling Software, which will go live on Monday, January 6th. Users may begin requesting these spaces on Monday, January 6th. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition!
The Library Group Study Rooms 244a, 244b, and 244c located on the second floor can be reserved for current student, staff, or faculty use. Library Staff reserves the right to give precedence to fair use of Group Study Rooms regarding reservations.
Group Study Room Reservations are limited to 4 hours per user, per day. Library Staff reserve the right to limit Group Study Room Reservations to 4 hours per day.
Rooms must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Alumni cannot reserve the group study rooms, but are welcome to use them on a first-come, first-serve basis.
