Campus Photography Inquiries

Individuals wishing to take photographs or shoot video on campus should submit a written request to [email protected] at least five business days in advance. The request should detail the desired date and time, campus locations or buildings, and purpose of photography or videography.

The request will be reviewed by Public Relations and a response will be provided by email. Individuals approved to photograph or shoot video on campus should carry a copy of their approval email during their shoot.

Individuals interested in photographing a Lindenwood Athletics event should complete the request for Lindenwood Athletics Credentials.

Current Lindenwood students requesting to film on campus should obtain the Filming Location Request from their course instructor. Requests for filming outdoor locations on campus need to be submitted at least 5 days in advance of the filming event. Interior location requests should be submitted two weeks in advance. These requests also need to be entered into EMS by a full time LU employee, typically the course instructor or department admin. If the student wants to shoot indoors after building hours, they will need a faculty or staff member present in the building for the duration of the filming event.
