
Missouri State Representative Recognizes Public Safety Officers
Missouri State Representative Colin Wellenkamp visited campus to recognize five Lindenwood University Department of Public Safety and Security officers for their heroic efforts over the winter. Rep. Wellenkamp presented each officer with framed resolutions from the Missouri House of Representatives congratulating them “at this proud moment of well-deserved distinction.”

Sara Evans Kicks off 2025 Scheidegger Touring Series
Multi-platinum entertainer Sara Evans will take the stage at the Lindenwood Theater in the J. Scheidegger Center for the Arts Wednesday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. One of country radio’s most-played female artists of the last two decades, Evans will bring her timeless, high-energy storytelling to the opening night of the 2025-26 Scheidegger Touring Series.

Lindenwood Earns Business College of Distinction Honor for 2025-2026
For the fifth consecutive year, Colleges of Distinction has recognized Lindenwood University’s undergraduate business program in its annual honors. Evangeline Busso Curates Art Exhibition in Italy
Evangeline Busso is a rising junior at Lindenwood, studying art history and business administration. This summer, Busso returned to her native Italy for an internship curating an exhibition at the Fondazione Tito Balestra, a museum in Longiano. For this exhibit, Busso worked with family friend Edo Janich and nationally renowned art critic Rolando Bellini.

Lindenwood Teams Up with Cardinals for Girls Softball Clinics
Lindenwood University’s NCAA Division I Softball program teamed up with the St. Louis Cardinals this summer to take part in a St. Louis tradition—the Cardinals Kids Clinics. Now in its 20th year, the clinic introduced softball-specific sessions for the first time. To help launch this new chapter, the Cardinals invited Lindenwood Softball student-athletes to serve as guest instructors.
