The Robert W. Plaster School of Business & Entrepreneurship (PSB&E) will host its 10th annual golf fundraiser April 20 at Whitmoor Country Club in Weldon Spring, Mo., from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Each April, PSB&E hosts a charity golf tournament to raise funds in support of numerous student-related initiatives within PSB&E and as a way to support charitable organizations throughout the St. Louis region.
A team of students from Lindenwood University’s Robert W. Plaster School of Business & Entrepreneurship was one of six from Missouri and Illinois to take part in the Certified Financial Analysts Society of St. Louis competition on Feb. 17 at Edward D. Jones in St. Louis.
Lindenwood University’s Hammond Institute for Free Enterprise will host an afternoon and evening event on Feb. 9 focusing on re-entry and entrepreneurship. The “Left, Right, and Center” event will include a variety of panel discussions and a keynote address and dinner with Jeff Henderson, celebrity chef and former prison inmate.

Kids Against Hunger, a humanitarian food-aid organization, reached its goal of 250,000 packaged meals during a massive packing effort on Oct. 14 and 15 in Lindenwood University’s Evans Commons. The meals will go to local children in need as well as children in places such as Haiti.
The Lindenwood University Sport Management Program, of the Robert W. Plaster School of Business & Entrepreneurship, will host Mike Reinfeldt, senior advisor to the NFL, for presentations on Oct. 26 and 27.
Steve Holley, an adjunct instructor at the Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship, was named Lindenwood University’s Adjunct Instructor of the Year during the adjunct conference on Aug. 13. Holley has been an adjunct instructor at Lindenwood since 2011, teaching courses including Advertising and Promotional Strategy, Personal Selling and Sales Management, and Pricing Strategy and Negotiations.
Patrick Walker, associate professor of nonprofit administration, was honored at a gala on Saturday, June 25, with an award from St. Francis Community Services recognizing his impact in the community.
