During the 2018-19 academic year, 50 Lindenwood University sport management students took internships and practica with organizations like the PGA, the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Sports Commission, the Kansas City Chiefs, and many others. Five of those students had internships at the St. Louis Blues and had a rare perspective on a team in the midst of a historic playoff run.

DECA Team Performs Well at International Competition

Lindenwood University’s DECA Collegiate Competition Team recently took part in the International DECA Competition in Orlando, Fla., placing six of the 10-member team as finalists and four in the top 10.

Gary Schoeniger, founder and CEO of the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative, will speak on Tuesday, April 16, from noon to 1 p.m. in Harmon Hall’s Dunseth Auditorium as he speaks on redefining the entrepreneurial mindset and bringing his brand of "mindset shift" into classrooms, businesses, and communities.
