Employees can update their website faculty and staff directory head shot image at any time via Workday. Images must meet the requirements detailed below. Employees can pass along an image for us to optimize if needed.

Optimized Image Specifications

  • File Type - .jpg (Required)
  • Dimensions – 300 x 400 pixels (Preferred)
  • File Size – Less than 1MB (Required)

Workday Photo Update Instructions

  • Log into Workday
  • Click “Personal Information”
  • In the “Change” box – Select “Photo”
  • Drop File in the upload area or use the “Select Files” to choose the desired image from your computer.
  • Click “Submit”
  • Once updated there, the image will be queued for HR to approve.
  • Once approved by HR, the website faculty/staff directory will update with the new image automatically during the next daily data sync.
    1. Note – If the image is > 1 MB and not a .jpg image, it will not sync to the web server.
