Lindenwood University’s Theatre Department will present a production of Legally Blonde: The Musical at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 29-31 in the Broadway-style Lindenwood Theater.
Lindenwood University System President Michael D. Shonrock removed the interim title Wednesday from Dr. Brett Barger and appointed Barger president of the Lindenwood University-Belleville campus. Barger had been serving as interim president since August 1.
The Dark Carnival – a Lindenwood University Resident Director Association (LURDA)-led, Halloween-themed party – will return for its sixth year on campus Oct. 28 from 7-11 p.m. The event is free to University students and members of the St. Charles community.

Lindenwood Belleville former head athletic trainer, Bill Dill, has been named the NAIA Athletic Trainer of the Year, as announced on Tuesday by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Dill was at the helm of the athletic training staff since the inception of the athletic program in 2009, and was given the task of building his own department. In just six years, Dill has taken this athletic training department and staff to heights unparalleled.

Deborah Kiel, PhD, RN, Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies at Lindenwood University’s School of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, won the Terry Leet Researcher Award from the Maternal, Child, and Family Health Coalition of Greater St. Louis.
Lindenwood University recently helped facilitate Lemonade Week in the St. Charles and St. Louis areas, an event, running from Sept. 1-7, designed to teach children how to start their own businesses through the real-world experience of running a lemonade stand.
