Lindenwood University and The Computer Junction, Inc., of Washington, Mo., have formed a partnership to provide graduate-level courses for school district technology directors and teachers. The courses will all be Internet-based, so that educators can take the courses at their own pace and convenience.
Lindenwood University is taking on that challenge with an innovative approach to its graduate program in communications. The university is now offering a master of arts and a master of science degree in communications, with five main areas of emphasis.

Lindenwood University has been awarded a $400,000 challenge grant by The Kresge Foundation toward completion of two residence halls currently under construction on the St. Charles campus. The grant is conditioned upon Lindenwood raising the $1.4 million balance required to complete funding of the project by August 1, 2000.
