Lindenwood University will hold its annual Winterfest event for the community from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, on the Heritage side of the university’s St. Charles campus.
Winterfest (formerly Christmas Walk) is an opportunity for members of the university community and the community at large to stroll through the decorated historic campus on walkways lined with more than 3,000 luminaries. Hot chocolate, s’mores, cookie decorating, crafts, and more will be among the attractions. Santa and a real reindeer will be there taking holiday wishes.
“We invite the community to visit our beautifully decorated campus and celebrate the holiday season with us,” said organizer John Vanderpool.
Admission is free; the Lindenwood University campus is located at 209 S. Kingshighway, at the intersection of First Capitol Drive and Kingshighway.
