Lindenwood University-Belleville to Host Youth Reading Camp

The Division of Education and Counseling at Lindenwood University-Belleville again will host Camp Lynx Tales Monday through Friday, June 3-21, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

Camp Lynx Tales is a three-week camp that provides instruction in reading strategies, fluency, and comprehension. Children have the opportunity to work one-on-one with reading practicum students from Lindenwood Belleville under the supervision of Dr. Stephanie Yearian, associate professor in education. Camp will be held in the Recreation Gym on the Belleville campus, 2600 W. Main St.

This camp is open to children in grades 1-4, and the cost is $80. Space is limited.
