Online Master’s Ranked Among Most Affordable for Organizational Leadership

Lindenwood University was recently featured as one of the Most Affordable Master’s Degrees in Organizational Leadership for 2019 by Great Value Colleges.

The programs chosen by Great Value Colleges were ranked by key statistics that measured the programs’ tuition, student-to-faculty ratio, return on investment, accreditation, and flexibility.

According to the Great Value Colleges, not only was Lindenwood chosen for the program’s affordability, but also for the institution’s overall outstanding reputation, it’s faculty excellence, and the unerring commitment to providing non-traditional students a high-quality education and in doing so, giving them all the tools that they need to achieve their future career goals.

Lindenwood University is recognized for offering students two tracks for an online graduate degree in organizational leadership. In the Robert W. Plaster School of Business & Entrepreneurship, students can earn either a Master of Arts in leadership or a Master of Business Administration with a leadership emphasis.

“We purposely designed the program to enable students to differentiate themselves from ‘traditional’ managers by providing education in leadership theory, leadership strategies, and the application of leadership principles,” said Dr. Mike Marzano, associate professor in Lindenwood’s Plaster School of Business and Entrepreneurship. “Participants in our MA leadership, as well as our MBA leadership emphasis, include those from the public sector, such as fire and police departments, government agencies, the military, and industry.”

Students enrolled in the program study principles of organizational communications, financial policy, personnel law, business operations, and organizational change and development.
