Registration Begins April 7

Registration for summer classes and the fall 2000 semester at Lindenwood University in St. Charles will start April 7. The fall semester marks an exciting time at Lindenwood, because two new residence halls currently under construction will be completed.

Each of the new residence halls has a capacity of 180 students, and the project has spurred considerable interest among prospective students.

"The response to the new residence halls has been great," said Dennis Spellmann, president. "They are going to be extraordinary, and the word is spreading. I think they will fill up quickly."

Additionally, registration for the spring quarter classes in Lindenwood's accelerated program is ongoing. The spring quarter starts April 5. Registration for the summer trimester is ongoing as well--it begins May 6 and pertains to Lindenwood's professional and school counseling program.

All told, Lindenwood offers more than 80 degree programs for graduate and undergraduate students in ins traditional day program and adult accelerated program. Classes are held on Lindenwood's main campus in St. Charles and at a number of satellite learning centers, including O'Fallon, Westport and Washington, Mo.
