Show May 11 Features Work of Self-taught Artist

Hall of Famer Lou Brock, his wife, Jackie, and Lindenwood University President Dennis Spellmann and his wife, Sue, are hosting a special showing of the works of artist Abraham Lincoln Walker on Friday, May 11 at the Hyland Performance Arena on the Lindenwood campus.

The show, titled "The Natural: The Works of a Man," runs from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tickets are $25 apiece.

Mrs. Dorothy Walker, the widow of Abraham Lincoln Walker, has selected choice works from her art collection, making them available to collectors. Walker was a self-taught contemporary artist inspired by his dynamic wife.
