Two-Day Grant Writing Workshop Aug. 14-15

Two-Day Grant Writing Workshop Aug. 14-15

Lindenwood University-Belleville will host a two-day grant writing workshop Aug. 14-15 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day. The workshop is open to the public.

Dr. Julie Turner will facilitate the seminar, which will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the grant preparation and writing process. With more than 17 years of experience in professional grant writing at the foundation, state, and federal levels, Turner has successfully acquired grants for school districts, healthcare organizations, and social services agencies across the country.

“This is an incredible opportunity to learn more about successful grant application from a well-known and respected professional in the field for non-profit organizations,” said Dr. Cindy Manjounes, associate dean of academics at Lindenwood Belleville. “Grant money does still exist, according to Dr. Turner; you just have to know where to look.”

The two-day workshop is limited to 50 attendees and costs $100 to participate. All proceeds will benefit the students of Lindenwood University. Reserve your spot today by contacting Dr. Cindy Manjounes at or (618) 239-6029.
