Lindenwood University–Belleville will host performances by The Brass Rail Players community theatre group from July, 2010, through April, 2011. Each show in the group’s inaugural season lineup will take place in the university’s auditorium.
The Players will present the summer musical “The Wedding Singer” July 15-18 and July 22-25; the fall drama “Deathtrap” Nov. 4-7 and Nov. 11-14; and the holiday show “Inspecting Carol” Dec. 2-5 and Dec. 9-12. In 2011, offerings will include the winter musical “Mame” Feb. 17-20 and Feb. 24-27; and the spring comedy “Over the River and Through the Woods” April 7-10 and April 14-17.
Tickets cost $15 per person. The cost is $12 per person for persons age 60 and older and for students and military personnel who can produce identification. Group rates are available for parties of 20 or more who make reservations in advance.
Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m., except Sunday matinee shows which will begin at 2 p.m.
